Halifax Regional Police is prepared for this weekend’s Blue Nose International Marathon, and will have a supplementary traffic detail in place to help ensure the safety of runners and keep traffic moving on Sunday, May 23 when the 10K Race takes place.
The Fairview overpass will have lane closures between 6 p.m and 7 a.m., from Monday, Jan. 18, to Saturday, Jan. 23.
Traffic on Joseph Howe Drive under the Fairview Overpass will have periodic lane closures from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. until further notice.
Detour ramps have been opened for traffic on Highway 102 (Bicentennial Highway) at the Larry Uteck Interchange.
