Halifax Regional Police is pleased to participate in the 3rd Annual Greystone Youth Day.
The event, which is organized by the Greystone community with assistance from Rockingstone Heights School and Halifax Regional Police, takes place on Monday, July 4, from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Youth living in the community have pre-registered for this fun and safe kick-off to summer. The kids will go through a series of action stations which are designed to foster teamwork, community pride and sportsmanship. Several community partners and area businesses are also assisting with the event by making donations and helping to run the various activities. Positive events like this help today's youth develop a sense of community pride.
