Most Hit Members of the RCMP / HRP Integrated Fraud Unit have charged a 46-year-old Cole Harbour man and woman with several fraud-related charges under the Criminal Code of Canada.


The Integrated Fraud Unit conducted an investigation after a business allegedly was defrauded of approximately $19,000.  A Canadian company notified police after goods purchased from the suspect's company, Flagstone Polymers, failed to be delivered in whole.

Stephen John Cole is facing several Criminal Code charges.  The charges include Theft over $5000 (Sec 334), Fraud over $5000 (Sec 380), Uttering Forged Documents (Sec 368), and several other fraud related charges.  He will be appearing in Dartmouth Provincial court on June 29, 2011.

Elizabeth Ann Cole, 47, of Cole Harbour is also charged in connection with the above offences.
