Police are currently on the scene of a serious assault which occurred earlier this morning in Dartmouth.

On Friday, June 10, At approximately 7:50 a.m. police responded to a call of an injured person at an apartment building in the 200 block of Victoria Road. Upon arrival, officers found a man lying in a hallway of the building suffering from injuries that are believed to be from an assault. The man was transported to hospital for treatment of what are believed to be life-threatening head injuries. A man and two women were taken into custody at the scene and are currently at Police Headquarters for questioning.

Officers in the HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Section are in the early stages of the investigation.
