A man has been arrested less than 24 hours after his information was included as part of a list of people with outstanding warrants.
On Tuesday, June 7, 2011, HRM Partners in Policing released a new High Risk Enforcement Action Team ( Heat ) Outstanding Warrant List to the public.
The list contained ten people who have warrants for their arrest and are believed to reside in HRM. As a result of the list being released, 44-year-old Carleton Edward Marsman turned himself in this morning at Police Headquarters.
Marsman is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today on the warrant and will face two new charges of failing to appear in court.
