On Sunday September 5, 2010 at approximately 2:30 am, members from the Cape Breton Regional Police Service responded to an alarm call at the Royal Canadian Legion on Union Street in Glace Bay.

When members arrived at this location they noticed the glass in a door at the back of the building had been smashed. Upon checking the inside of the Legion they found two 17 yr old males hiding in different parts of the building. Both have been arrested and were transported to lock-up for further investigation.
