On Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 8:32 pm, the Cape Breton Regional Police responded to a Break and Enter and Theft complaint at 41 Stanley Street, North Sydney.

The homeowner observed a male suspect on the street carrying several items and when she arrived home discovered a door at her residence had been forced open and items were missing from the home.

As a result of the investigation by the Regional Police the items taken from the home were recovered and Break and Enter and Theft Charges are pending against a 31 year old male from the North Sydney area.
