On Friday August 27, 2010 at approximately 5:30 pm, members from the CBRP Service responded to the corner of Prince street and Johnson Street in Sydney where a new building is under construction.

A motorist driving by this location had witnessed someone break into the construction trailer on site. When Police arrived they located and arrested two males (both 32 yrs old) from the Northside. They are charged with Break Enter, Weapons offences and Possession of stolen goods. Both males have been remanded to the Cape Breton Correctional Center and will appear in Sydney Provincial Court on Monday August 30.
