Members of the RCMP - Halifax District responded to motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and a car on Windgate Drive, Fall River, N.S.

A 2003 Honda Civic was traveling on Windgate Drive toward Windsor Junction Road when it was hit by a 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle.  The driver of the motorcycle tipped his bike, then slid into the on coming lane hitting the car.  The 23-year-old female driver of the car was not injured.  The driver of the motor cycle, a 39-year-old male succumbed to his injuries en route to hospital.  A 10-year-old passenger also on the bike was taken to hospital with serious but none life threatening injuries.

RCMP members remain on scene while RCMP Traffic Collision Analysts continue with their investigation.
