A Dartmouth man faces charges as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the HRP/RCMP Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE).

Officers assigned to the ICE Unit executed a search warrant on Fernhill Drive in Dartmouth on Thursday morning just after 6 a.m. The subsequent search resulted in the seizure of computer equipment. Officers attended a second location in Dartmouth where a man was arrested without incident.

A 38-year-old Dartmouth man is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date to face charges of possessing and distributing child pornography.
