On Thursday, August 12, 2010, members of the RCMP / HRP Integrated Drug section conducted a search last night at a residence on Hunter Lane, West Chezzetcook.
RCMP stopped a Toyota Corolla on Thursday, August 12 at 6:30 P.M. on Highway 7 in Porters Lake. The driver Darren Robert Graham (Dec 4, 1972) was arrested for being a suspended driver. Police then seized 17 grams of marijuana and 6 grams of cocaine from Graham. The Integrated Drug Section then obtained a search warrant to search a residence on Hunter Lane. Police arrested Theresa Moore (Dec 26, 1967) at the residence, seized 31 marijuana plants, 22 grams of cocaine, other drug paraphernalia and recovered four stolen ATVs in an adjacent building.
Graham and Moore were both held in Police custody and are to appear in Nova Scotia Provincial Court in Dartmouth today. Graham is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana and Cocaine as well as Possession of Property Obtain by Crime. Moore is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana and Cocaine.
