On Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 9:30 pm, Members from the Cape Breton Regional Police Service - New Waterford Detachment assigned to motorized trail bikes came across a male on an ATV near Cormier Street and Gibbon Street.

A 56 yr old Scotchtown male was arrested for impaired driving and will have to appear in Court at a later date.
