On Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 10:50 PM, Halifax Regional Police were called to the area of Jarvis Lane in Halifax in relation to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 21 year old male suffering from a single wound to his chest. He was transported to the hospital via EHS with life threatening injuries. The investigation is in the early stages and police do not have any suspects in custody at this time nor suspect description.
Halifax Regional Police / RCMP Major Crime, GIS, HRP patrol officers as well as the Forensic Identification section are currently on scene.
