At 03:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, The Cape Breton Regional Police Service responded to a report of a suspicious person in and around the area of the Westmount Legion on Midgley Street, Westmount.

A 19 year old male was arrested in the area for Public Intoxication; the male was in possession of a quantity of drugs and a large amount of cash when he was arrested. The male was taken to Central Lock up, the investigation is ongoing and the matter has been referred to the Street and Drug Crime Unit.
