Halifax Regional Police responded to an indecent act complaint which occurred at 8:50 a.m. this morning on Sackville Street near Public Gardens in Halifax.
The male suspect was walking on Sackville Street towards downtown with his pants open and his genitals exposed. Complainant continued walking to work and contacted police. Suspect is described as a white male, mid to late 20s, 5'2" to 5'5", average build wearing a black toque, jean jacket, skinny jeans and black high top sneakers.
