Halifax Regional Police members along with HRM Fire are presently at the scene of an apartment fire in Dartmouth where the body of what is believed to be an adult male was discovered inside the dwelling.
HRP Patrol members along with the Fire Service responded to the fire, in the 100 block of Pinecrest Drive, just after 5 p.m. The blaze was knocked down quickly by firefighters, who subsequently discovered the man's body. Fire and police investigators are at the scene investigating jointly.
